Unlike our competition who use already developed training programs and implement “Train the Trainer” approaches to complex processes, HRMATTERS! prides itself on developing unique training programs that are tailored to the organization. This isn’t to say that we will be reinventing the wheel so to speak, but HRMATTERS! will take a hands-on approach to evaluating the environment, organizational culture, learner demographic and many other factors that will contribute greatly to the effectiveness and success of the program/course. Once all influencing factors have been considered, HRMATTERS! will work with management and front-line employees to develop a training program that fits the needs of the organization in every way, rather than the common text book training programs. Our mission is to ensure that the whole training course or program is a “take away”, meaning all information provided is relevant and useful, not just pieces that may or may not work in their workplaces.
